We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy across India's leading marketplaces and expand our footprint into global markets. This role is perfect for a performance marketing expert who excels at managing high-spend ad campaigns and understands the nuances of both traditional marketplace giants and the rapidly evolving Quick-Commerce (Q-com) landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Performance Marketing (India)
- Marketplace Management: Direct and optimize full-funnel advertising (AMS/DSP) for Amazon India.
- Q-Com Mastery: Lead growth strategies for Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, focusing on Share of Voice (SOV), visibility, and conversion optimization.
- Ad Campaign Strategy: Design, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns, ensuring a healthy ROAS while scaling top-line revenue.
2. Global Expansion
- International Accounts: Manage and scale operations for Amazon US and Walmart, adapting marketing strategies to suit international consumer behaviour and seasonal trends.
- Cross-Border Growth: Identify opportunities for global product placement and optimize listings for international SEO.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Operations & Supply Chain: Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock availability aligns with marketing spikes and high-traffic events.
- Catalogue & Creative: Collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting A+ content, infographics, and premium brand visuals that stand out in crowded categories.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (TACoS, RoAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate).
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and white-space opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce Marketing.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record with Amazon Advertising (India & US) and at least one major Q-com platform (Blinkit/Zepto).
- Analytical Mindset: Expert at using Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and performance tracking.
- Communication: Strong coordination skills to bridge the gap between creative, technical, and operational teams.
Position Details
- Salary: ₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience).
- Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurugram (On-site).
- Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
