Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, based in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will oversee the online sales strategy, develop marketing plans, and execute campaigns to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include managing ecommerce platforms, analyzing performance metrics, developing sales strategies, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Additionally, the role involves creating and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the gifting and wellness industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales to effectively manage online retail platforms and revenue generation activities.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate metrics, generate insights, and optimize performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle cross-functional coordination efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the food and beverage or wellness industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
