Role: Marketplace Growth Operator (E-commerce Focus)

Experience: 2–3 years(min)

Location: Remote (Bangalore preferred)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

About the role

Work on execution and performance across Amazon and Flipkart, while supporting broader marketplace growth.

This is not a backend role — you'll work closely with both team and clients.

What you'll do

Execute and optimize campaigns across Amazon & Flipkart

Work on keyword research, bidding and budgets

Track SKU and campaign performance

Prepare reports and identify improvement areas

Work closely with the lead on account execution

Tools & Platform Understanding

Amazon Ads (must-have)

Seller Central End to end(must have)

Helium10 / Amazon Pi/Brand Analytics / similar tools (must have)

What we're looking for

2–3 years working experience (agency or brand)

Strong understanding of Amazon Ads

Exposure to Flipkart Ads is a plus

Strong analytical mindset

Willingness to learn and take ownership

Soft Skills

Good communication skills (client interaction involved)

Detail-oriented

Fast learner

Comfortable in fast-paced setup
