E-Commerce manager – Equals Two Portfolio - Job summary

Qualifications required -

•Masters degree with 4-6 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in the consumer industry (OTC or consumer products) or FMCG

•Experience handling large Ecom accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Big Basket)

Roles and responsibilities

•Media plan formulation: Annual media plan formulation along with monthly ROAS and Revenue targets (OTC Portfolio)

Engage with platform marketing POCs to seek opinion and identify areas of investment for upcoming events

•Campaign performance tracking: Share weekly marketing campaign performance (Overall spends, ROAS, CTR, Conversion rate)

•Engage with marketing POCs to discuss a) quality of brand's ongoing market traction b) areas of improvement c) latest intel on competition

•Campaign optimization: Optimize CPCs by campaign (for Flipkart) / by keyword (for Amazon); Tracking keywords yielding low ROAS, include as negative keywords based on requirement

•Catalogue assessment :Detailed catalogue check (on phone and desktop) to assess search ranking results, ad campaign status, PDP pages (title, pictures, bullet points, A+ content), buy box status, 3P seller presence, MRP abuse instances; Highlight trends seen for competitor SKUs; Follow up with POCs to ensure changes have been implemented, critical to prioritize changes related to ad campaign SKUs

•Cataloguing additions : Coordinate with cataloguing agency initiate new catalogue creation for new SKUs; ensure best in class creation

•Generate data driven insights based on inputs received from key accounts on competitive intelligence and interventions required to achieve targets and grow business

•Forecast demand by e-com platform and share details with e-com supply chain SPOC to ensure stock readiness
