Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Kerala, India. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and enhance the performance of the organization's online sales platforms. Key responsibilities include managing product listings, monitoring sales metrics, developing and implementing online marketing campaigns, streamlining customer experience, and analyzing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in E-Commerce operations and management
• Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on online platforms like Amazon, Shopify.
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation and actionable insights
• Effective Communication skills for internal collaboration and customer engagement
• Proficiency in Marketing, including digital and content marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience with e-commerce tools and platforms is a significant advantage
• Proactive problem-solving, time management, and leadership abilities
