About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, social, and highly responsive individual to manage and grow our presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that the sales pipeline runs smoothly. You'll play a key role in day-to-day marketplace operations, handling escalations and enabling consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller dashboards on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and escalations.

Resolve customer and platform queries efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams to fix listing, pricing, or operational issues.

Ensure smooth flow of orders to support the sales pipeline.

Track issues and proactively prevent repeat problems.

Maintain platform hygiene (SLAs, ratings, compliance, account health).

Assist in improving operational efficiency and conversion readiness.
