Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage & optimise marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.).
Run D2C site (Shopify): product uploads, UX updates, offers, collections.
Plan & execute launches, promos and monthly revenue strategies.
Track KPIs: ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, returns %, stock turns.
Coordinate inventory forecasting, replenishment & operations.
Drive PDP content, product shoots and brand consistency.
Deliver weekly performance reports & competitor insights.
Collaborate with marketing, ops, design & finance.

Key Skills

Marketplace ops & listing optimisation (PDP, A+ content)
Paid performance & campaign execution (Amazon Ads, Meta/Google basics)
Conversion rate optimisation & basic CRO for product pages
Strong Excel/Sheets + reporting (dashboards, pivot tables)
Analytics mindset (GA4/basic SQL or BI familiarity)
Inventory planning & supply-chain coordination
Merchandising & visual/content direction (shoots, creatives)
Project management & stakeholder communication
Negotiation with vendors/platform AMs
Familiarity with Shopify, Seller Central, Unicommerce/OMS, Klaviyo/WebEngage (or similar)
