Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Ecom & Qcom Manager to take complete ownership of our marketplace and quick commerce business. This is a high-impact role covering everything from operations and ads to P&L and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management- End-to-end management of Amazon, Flipkart, Supertails, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Shopify (D2C)
- Listing creation, keyword optimization (SEO), A+ content, and catalog hygiene
- Category benchmarking, competitor tracking, and trend analysis
Operations & Inventory- Manage FBA shipments, GRNs, reconciliation, and replenishment planning
- Inventory forecasting based on sales velocity, seasonality, and platform trends
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels (minimize stock-outs & overstocking)
- Coordinate with warehouses/3PLs for smooth fulfillment and dispatch
Performance Marketing & Growth- Run, optimize, and scale ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Improve TACoS/ACoS while driving revenue growth
- Plan and execute deals, coupons, and platform campaigns
- Drive organic growth via keyword ranking, SEO, and content optimization
Revenue & Margin Optimization- Track platform-wise P&L, commissions, logistics costs, and hidden charges
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies across platforms
- Improve contribution margins via ads efficiency, pricing, and cost controls
- Identify underperforming SKUs and take corrective actions
Analytics & Reporting- Deep dive into platform dashboards (Amazon Business Reports, Flipkart Insights, etc.)
- Track KPIs: sales, conversion rate, sessions, TACoS/ACoS, inventory turnover
- Build weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities (new SKUs, bundles, pricing gaps, channel expansion)
Customer Experience & Retention- Manage reviews, ratings, and Q&A sections proactively
- Improve product ratings and reduce negative feedback
- Analyze return reasons and fix root causes (product, listing, logistics)
- Drive repeat purchases via CRM, WhatsApp, and email (for D2C)
Reconciliation & Payments- Track settlements, receivables, and payment cycles across platforms
- Identify discrepancies (lost inventory, excess fees, returns abuse)
- Raise and manage claims (especially Amazon FBA reimbursements)
Catalog & Content Strategy- Own product positioning: titles, images, videos, and A+ content
- Coordinate with design/content teams for high-conversion creatives
- Continuously A/B test listings to improve CTR and conversion rates
Platform Coordination- Liaise with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities
- Ensure participation in all key sale events and category campaigns
- Stay updated with platform policies and algorithm changes
New Channel Expansion & Launches- Identify and onboard new marketplaces / Q-commerce platforms
- Plan and execute new product launches across all channels
- Drive visibility and traction during launches
Automation & Process Building- Build SOPs for repeatable workflows (ads, inventory, reporting)
- Implement tools and automation for efficiency and scale
Compliance & Account Health- Ensure adherence to platform policies and guidelines
- Monitor account health and resolve suspensions/issues proactively
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)First 3 Months- Stabilize operations across all platforms (inventory, listings, ads)
- Reduce stock-outs and improve inventory planning accuracy
- Identify and plug leakages in ads spend, fees, and returns
3–6 Months- Achieve consistent revenue growth (15–25% MoM)
- Improve TACoS/ACoS while scaling sales
- Increase conversion rates via listing/content optimization
- Reduce return rates and improve product ratings
6+ Months- Strong control over platform-wise P&L and contribution margins
- Build predictable growth engines across marketplaces and D2C
- Successfully launch and scale new SKUs/channels
- Establish SOPs and scalable systems

What We're Looking For- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce / quick commerce
- Strong experience with Amazon (FBA is a must), Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/analytics skills
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and SKUs simultaneously
