Ecommerce Manager – Malu Healthcare

Mumbai, India | Full-time

About Us:

Malu Healthcare is a fast-growing healthcare startup dedicated to innovating the medical and rehabilitation space. Our flagship product, Universal Shield – Waterproof Cover, is transforming patient care by providing waterproof protection for casts, bandages, diabetic wounds, IV sites, and more. With a growing presence in the market, we are now expanding our eCommerce operations and looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales, optimize our digital presence, and manage operations across platforms.

What You&aposll Do:
  • Manage & Optimize Online Marketplaces: Oversee our presence on Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Flipkart, and our own website.
  • Product Listings & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Ensure stock availability, coordinate with logistics teams, and oversee fulfillment to maintain smooth operations.
  • Performance Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategy.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute PPC campaigns, discounts, and promotions on eCommerce platforms to boost sales.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content, banners, and A+ content for maximum engagement.
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Monitor reviews, respond to queries, and maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Stay ahead of trends, analyze competitors, and recommend strategies to improve positioning.

  • What We’re Looking For:
    • 2+ years of experience managing eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, and Vendor Central.
    • Experience in inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Amazon Seller Dashboard, Google Analytics, and Excel.
    • Understanding of digital marketing strategies for eCommerce.
    • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in the healthcare or medical products industry is a plus but not mandatory.
