Office Timings:9 AM to 6 PM | Monday to Saturday
Location:Maaesa Creations , Plot No. 135, Prime estate , Jagatpura, behind JNU University, Landmark: Jagatpura RTO
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team handlingorder processing, SPF claims, catalog listings, social media, reconciliation, and return management.
- Oversee and execute catalog listing across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Communicate with eCommerce portals via email and calls to resolve sales and listing-related issues.
- Identify and resolve issues by raising tickets on respective platforms.
- Generate and analyze order and return reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart to drive sales performance.
- Create and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and other platform shipments.
- Oversee inventory management in OMS (Order Management System).
- Ensure smooth functioning of order processing, return management, and team operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum3 years of experiencein eCommerce catalog listing on platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of managing eCommerce operations across multiple portals.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with order management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
