Job Description

Job Title: E-Commerce Manager (Amazon.com) International Business

Location - Ahmedabad

Working days - 6 Days (Alternative Saturday's - working)

Compensation : 40 LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management Amazon.com (Primary Focus)

Manage end-to-end operations of RENEE Cosmetics and sub-brands on Amazon.com (US), including Seller Central and advertising console.

Oversee product listings, A+ content, brand store management, and catalogue hygiene.

Monitor listing health, product compliance, buy-box performance, and inventory levels.

2. Business Growth & Performance

Build and deliver monthly revenue targets for Amazon US and other global marketplaces.

Drive sales forecasting, demand planning, and international pricing strategy.

Analyse business performance, trends, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.

3. Marketing & Advertising

Manage Amazon Ads campaigns (sponsored products, brand ads, display, etc.) to improve visibility and ROI.

Optimize keywords, PPC, organic ranking, and conversion rates.

Develop and implement promotional calendars, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.

4. Operations & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with internal supply chain and external 3PL partners for international shipping, replenishment, and FBA management.

Ensure product compliance, documentation, and adherence to marketplace policies.

Monitor logistics KPIs such as stockouts, order defect rate, return rate, and FBA fees.

5. Content, Branding & Customer Experience

Work closely with design/content teams to create impactful creatives, videos, enhanced brand content, and storefronts.

Maintain brand consistency across global listings.

Track customer reviews, lead resolution of negative feedback, and enhance overall customer experience.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and International Business teams to scale marketplace performance.

Provide inputs on new product launches, packaging requirements, and market entry strategies for international markets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Any bachelor's or master's degree.

36 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US or other international Amazon marketplaces.

Strong command of Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Advertising.

Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, pricing models, FBA/FBM operations.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in beauty/FMCG category is a strong advantage.
