Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and optimize the company's online sales platforms, manage product listings and inventory, analyze e-commerce data, and implement effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring website performance, identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and increasing online sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms and drive product sales.
• Proficient in Marketing strategies, with a proven ability to promote products and boost brand visibility.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and customer relationship management.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies effectively.
• Experience with inventory management, website analytics tools, and familiarity with SEO and digital advertising is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead e-commerce projects successfully.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
