About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling digital commerce innovator in the fashion and lifestyle sector, we build and scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) apparel brands across India's largest e-commerce marketplaces. Our E-commerce Managers drive revenue growth, marketplace performance, and customer experience by optimizing listings, campaigns, pricing, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra—leveraging data, automation, and agile execution to win in a hyper-competitive space.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own P&L for assigned brand portfolios, hitting monthly GMV, conversion, and margin targets across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, pricing) using A/B testing, competitor intel, and marketplace SEO best practices.
• Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display Ads, Coupons) with ROI tracking and bid scaling.
• Coordinate with logistics, merchandising, and design teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely restocks, and on-brand visuals.
• Monitor KPIs (Buy Box win rate, NPS, FBA performance, return rates) and implement corrective actions to improve seller ratings.
• Partner with platform managers to leverage new features (Live Commerce, Brand Storefronts, Prime Day) for incremental growth.
