Ecommerce Manager - Cosmetic/ FMCG

Ayika Sciences specializes in manufacturing natural and organic products, including hygiene, personal care, cosmetic, and baby care wipes, as well as industrial use wipes and liquids. The Manufacturing Plant and Warehouse is located in Manesar, Haryana, and Corporate Office is located at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.

We're expanding our digital channels and seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive online growth across portals and quick commerce platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time role Limited located in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales on leading ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, JioMart, BigBasket, etc.) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)

• Handle product listings, content optimization, A+ content, pricing, promotions, and visibility

• Plan, manage, and monitor ads (sponsored listings, PPC, display campaigns) for higher ROI and conversion

• Oversee order processing, stock updates, and daily coordination with warehouse and dispatch teams

• Conduct regular sales and inventory reconciliation across all portals

• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on sales growth, competition tracking, and campaign results

• Coordinate with internal teams for packaging design, marketing creatives, and pricing strategies

• Build relationships with category managers and ensure strong brand presence on all platforms
