Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and execution-focused Ecommerce Managers to manage and scale our presence across leading fashion marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and emerging online channels.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, operations, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Profitability:
Implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure sustainable and profitable growth across platforms.
Channel Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with marketplace account managers.
Position Chase Labs brands as preferred partners.
Brand Scaling:
Improve selection width and depth.
Maintain catalogue freshness and optimize marketing spends.
Data & Reporting:
Analyse daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Maintain consolidated dashboards from multiple data sources.
Track growth metrics and highlight investment requirements.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee catalogue hygiene, pricing, and inventory coordination.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
Marketing & Visibility:
Develop innovative campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure high-quality brand presence (shoots, content, pricing, inventory health).
Market Intelligence:
Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and marketplace changes.
Identify new channel opportunities and expansion avenues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
05 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, marketing, or business operations (Freshers with strong analytical skills can apply).
Prior experience handling Flipkart/Ajio/Myntra accounts is a plus.
Internship experience in D2C or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
Understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate)
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Data-driven decision-making mindset
Creative thinking with execution capability
