Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in Bengaluru East. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of Brummell's online store, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and on-site merchandising. Responsibilities include managing daily website performance, tracking key ecommerce metrics, and optimizing user experience to improve conversion and average order value. The role involves planning and executing digital campaigns and promotions in collaboration with marketing, as well as coordinating with sales, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The Ecommerce Manager will also analyze sales and traffic data, identify growth opportunities, manage third-party marketplaces where relevant, and contribute to long-term ecommerce strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce experience, including online store management, product catalog maintenance, and basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools.
  • Proven Marketing skills, with experience in digital campaigns, promotions, and coordinating with marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Demonstrated Sales acumen, with the ability to set targets, monitor performance, and implement initiatives that drive revenue and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Solid Analytical Skills, including comfort with data, dashboards, and reports to inform decisions, optimize funnels, and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Effective Communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor or partner coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer brands is an advantage, along with familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic Excel or spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru East, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.
