Talasha Recruitment has been mandated to hire a Ecommerce Manager (Amazon & Quick Commerce) for a Bangalore based, growth-accelerator start up. This fast growing start up enables brands to become profitable businesses by managing their end-to-end supply chain, inventory & marketing on e-commerce marketplaces (amazon & quick commerce)
Responsibilities -
- Handle a portfolio of clients & brands and lead their e-commerce business end to end on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc) as well as quick-commerce
- Liaise between the brand and the e-commerce marketplaces and develop strategies to grow on these platforms
- Forecast & own the Annual Operating Plan and P&L for the ecommerce business. Create dashboards & share regular reports on performance & variance
- Be the primary point of contact for the brand and all external as well as internal teams related to their ecommerce business
- Lead the teams on performance marketing strategy, optimise the ROAS and consumer acquisition costs
- Ensure optimal inventory controls & supply chain processes are in place for the business
- Strategize the product assortment & cataloguing on amazon - including product detail page and enhanced business content such as brand store & A+ content
- Determine a competitive pricing strategy and promotional deals
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, study market dynamics and research demand for new products introduction
- Collaborate with all internal teams from marketing, cataloguing, operations, inventory management to customer success and MIS teams to ensure business deliverables are achieved
Good to have -
*3+ years experience in growing a brand on ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc) &/or quick commerce
*Experience in co-ordinating with the various cross functional departments such as inventory, supply chain, content, performance marketing, etc to drive the brand to success
*Experience in owning P&L
