We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager (Amazon & Flipkart) who can own listing optimization and PPC Management.
Scope of Work
Responsible for Amazon and Flipkart accounts through end-to-end ownership, including:
- Product listing creation, optimization, and catalog management
- Competitor analysis and marketplace strategy recommendations
- End to End advertising setup, campaign management, and performance tracking
- Handling order issues, and maintaining account health
- Maintaining detailed trackers for all activities and insights
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon & Flipkart
- Perform keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout
- Optimize listings for SEO, ACOS, and conversion rate improvement
- Lead in PPC campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization for ROI
- Manage A+ Content, brand stores, and catalog uploads
- Track and analyze sales, traffic, rankings, and reviews to generate performance reports
- Collaborate with design and content teams for listing creatives and ad assets
- Oversee inventory levels, ensure compliance, and maintain strong account health
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Amazon or Flipkart seller account management
- 5+ years of experience in keyword research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout
- 5+ experience in creating, optimizing, and managing Amazon and Flipkart PPC Campaigns
- Strong grasp of marketplace SEO, advertising, and analytics
- Strong grasp of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
