Job description:

We are seeking a Marketplace Manager for UAE to oversee the end-to-end management of Amazon & Noon (3P/Seller Central). This role is responsible for sales growth, operational excellence, account management, advertising optimization, and strategic execution to meet business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets Drive revenue growth for assigned marketplace

Marketplace Operations Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions

Account Management Handle relationships with assigned marketplace account managers

Advertising & Promotions Plan & execute Ads and promotions

Seller Performance & Compliance Ensure account health & resolve issues

Sales & Data Analysis Track key performance metrics & optimize for higher conversions

Payment Reconciliation Verify payments, deductions & fees monthly. Dispute incorrect deductions.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in handling Amazon 3P (Seller Central) and/or Noon

Hands-on experience in pricing, promotions, PPC campaigns & marketplace strategy

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills

Strong technical and analytical skills
