Role Overview
LOVETC (Office of Ananya Birla) is looking for a dynamic D2C E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer journey, and building a seamless and high-performing digital commerce experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing e-commerce operations, data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with marketing, product, and creative teams to scale a brand online.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, drive, and grow the online D2C business for LOVETC.
- Own and manage the P&L for the online business, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.
- Optimize the entire customer funnel on the website/app to improve conversion rates and increase average order value.
- Analyze and manage CRM and loyalty programs, leveraging large volumes of first-party customer data to drive repeat purchases and engagement.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute online growth strategies and campaigns.
- Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital commerce best practices to continuously improve business performance.
- Monitor and improve website performance, speed, traffic, and conversions across devices.
- Analyze site metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with technology partners to ensure LOVETC stays ahead by adopting emerging e-commerce technologies and tools.
- Ensure all digital operations comply with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, with significant exposure to managing or scaling an e-commerce/D2C business.
- Proven track record of growing and scaling a digital brand or online business.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention strategies, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking.
- A natural focus on customer experience and product-led growth.
- Resourceful, flexible, and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and tech teams.
