Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager based in Faridabad.
We are looking for someone who will own and scale our marketplace business end-to-end across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and Myntra.
This is a revenue-first role — not coordination, not just listings, not just ads.
You will operate like a mini business head for marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
- Drive month-on-month growth across all marketplace channels
- Identify and scale top-performing SKUs (focus on top 20–50 products)
- Own core performance metrics including revenue, ROAS, TACOS, and conversion rates
Marketplace Optimization
- Optimize listings (titles, keywords, bullet points, A+ content)
- Improve organic ranking through keyword and search term strategies
- Maintain catalog hygiene and consistency across platforms
Advertising & Performance
- Manage and scale Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Optimize campaign structure, budgets, and targeting
- Monitor and improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and TACOS
Commercial Strategy
- Develop pricing and discount strategies aligned with competition and margins
- Create bundles and offers to improve AOV and conversion
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock availability for key SKUs
Data & Insights
- Analyze business reports, search term data, and performance trends
- Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and growth levers
- Share weekly insights with clear action plans
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)
- Experience managing ₹3–10 Cr+ annual marketplace revenue
- Strong understanding of:
- Amazon SEO and ranking
- Advertising (SP, SB, SD)
- Conversion optimization
- Strong commercial mindset (pricing, margins, scaling)
- Highly data-driven and execution-focused
Bonus Points
- Experience with Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra
- Experience in D2C brands
- Exposure to baby/kids category

This is a 6-day-a-week, in-office role. There is no scope for remote or WFH.
