We're on the lookout for energetic, output-driven E-commerce Leads to own the sales and growth
charter for our vibrant portfolio of brands.
Whether you're already in E-commerce or come from a strong sales / MNA / Modern Trade
background and want to transition into the digital commerce space this is your opportunity to
become an Ecom expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue and P&L for E-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce
channels like Blinkit, Zepto
- Manage both primary and secondary sales, demand planning, promotions, marketing spends, and
platform operations
- Craft and execute growth strategies, balancing both topline scale and bottom-line profitability
- Explore new marketplace growth levers and implement them to scale the brand
- Collaborate with platform account managers, manage budgets, drive marketing visibility, and plan
campaigns
- Run key strategic projects to grow your brand footprint across platforms
Qualifications
- MBA / B.Tech from Tier II/III institutes
- 4 to 6 years of total experience experience in startups or growth roles preferred
- Candidates with sales, key account management, or MNA experience in FMCG/D2C brands
