Industry: Luxury Watches & Omnichannel Retail

Experience: 7–12 Years

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead end-to-end E-commerce business across D2C and marketplaces.

Own E-commerce P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.

Manage marketplace channels and D2C business.

Drive pricing strategy, inventory planning, and digital merchandising.

Optimize conversion rates, AOV, and contribution margins.

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to scale business growth.

Strong experience in D2C and marketplace management.

Proven expertise in E-commerce P&L and business growth.

Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic skills.

Experience in pricing, inventory, and performance marketing
