About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce & Marketplace Lead to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces and our D2C platform. This role involves end-to-end coordination of listings, inventory, operations, and basic advertising while working closely with internal teams.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with D2C platforms and seller dashboards
- Familiarity with product uploads, inventory management, and basic ads
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, operations, and accounts teams
- Experience with quick commerce platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Platform Management
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces
- Ensure backend operations, dashboards, and seller panels are up to date
- Handle account health, platform compliance, and day-to-day coordination
Product Listings & Content
- Upload and optimize product listings with images, descriptions, A+ content, and RPDs
- Ensure product pages are visually appealing, accurate, and conversion-friendly
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/procurement teams
- Manage order processing, manifests, returns, and dispatch coordination
- Work with accounts team for invoice generation and payment reconciliation
Advertising & Campaign Support
- Run and monitor marketplace ad campaigns
- Track performance, budgets, and sales metrics
- Support promotional campaigns and sale events
D2C Website Support
- Support day-to-day operations of the D2C website
- Assist with updates, product uploads, and customer journey improvements
- Analyze basic performance metrics and help drive traffic and conversions
Creative & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers and photographers for product images and creatives
- Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and marketplace requirements
Trend & Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and trends
- Share insights with internal teams for product and strategy improvements
