Job Description

Head – E-Commerce

(TECNO India) | Noida

Role

Own the full online P&L across Amazon, Flipkart and emerging platforms like Qcom— demand planning to sell-out, pricing to performance marketing.

Reports to Head of GT Sales & E-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly/quarterly sell-in and sell-out targets by platform and by series
  • Own online market share
  • Set platform-level pricing and promo architecture in coordination with Business Planning
  • Manage MOP discipline and channel conflict
  • Lead KAM relationships with Amazon and Flipkart category teams — JBP negotiation, event slotting, visibility- Own online-exclusive portfolio planning
  • SKU roadmap, launch calendar, quantity forecasts, and inventory health (DOH, ageing, liquidation)- Direct in-house performance marketing (AMS, Flipkart Ads) with accountability for ACOS, ROAS and organic-to-paid mix
  • Drive event execution — BBD, Great Indian Festival, Republic/Independence Day sales — including forecast accuracy and post-event review
  • Manage listing quality, content, ratings/reviews, returns and RTO, and grey-market/export leakage controls
  • Lead ecom team and build the review/reporting cadence

Requirements

  • 7–14 years in consumer electronics/smartphones;
  • Minimum 3 years running Amazon and Flipkart at a brand- Proven ownership of an online P&L at scale (₹500 Cr+ annual GMV preferred)
  • Strong command of pricing strategy, ad platforms, and inventory economics- Existing category-team relationships at Amazon and Flipkart- MBA preferred
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
