Products are available via the brand's own website and leading platforms such as Amazon India, Flipkart, and Blinkit, supported by a quarterly expansion roadmap covering hygiene and personal wellness. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Growth Manager role based in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Growth Manager will own revenue and performance growth across Inmyo's digital channels, including the brand website and key marketplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product listings, optimizing pricing and promotions, tracking performance metrics, and driving conversion rate improvements. The role will involve planning and executing growth experiments, coordinating with marketing, operations, and design teams, and ensuring on-time execution of campaigns and projects. The Ecommerce Growth Manager will also analyze customer behavior & identify new growth opportunities

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Analytics tools to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder updates, and clear written documentation.
  • Proven Sales and ecommerce growth experience, ideally with marketplaces and D2C websites.
  • Solid Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives on time.
  • Experience & hardcore understanding in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify or similar) and understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Experience in consumer goods, personal care, or wellness brands is an advantage.
