Job Description for Global Ecom Executive
Seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day activities on global ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon) and D2C sites (Shopify).
Key responsibilities
- Amazon Account Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, handle seller support cases, and maintain account health across multiple global marketplaces.
- Listing Optimisation: Create, update, and optimise product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content for improved visibility and search ranking on Amazon platforms worldwide.
- International Logistics & Operations: Coordinate with logistics teams to manage inventory levels (FBA and FBM) and ensure smooth international order fulfilment.
- PPC & Promotions: Develop and execute advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brand, and Display Ads) and promotional strategies (coupons, deals) tailored to each market.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on KPIs (sales, conversion rates, ACOS) across global markets to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Global Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, identify trends, and develop strategies specific to different international regions to enhance product visibility and sales.
Required skills & qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in managing Amazon Seller accounts, preferably with international marketplace experience.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- E-commerce & Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and digital marketing strategies for Amazon.
