Role Overview

We're looking for an Ecommerce Lead to own and scale our online business across marketplaces - specifically Amazon and Myntra.

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role where you'll directly own all marketplace work. You'll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive performance across all ecommerce channels.

What You'll Own

Marketplace Execution

  • Own catalog quality, listings, A+ content, reviews and visibility
  • Lead product launches and SKU onboarding across platforms
  • Improve conversion through better titles, images and content

Growth & Revenue

  • Drive revenue and profitability across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and other ecom websites.
  • Plan and execute pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies

Ecom Ads

  • Manage and optimise campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPAS) across marketplaces and digital platforms
  • Allocate budgets to maximise ROAS and profitability
  • Monitor performance daily and take fast, data-backed decisions

Data & Decision-Making

  • Identify growth levers, inefficiencies, and opportunities using data
  • Track competitors, pricing, keywords, and campaign performance
  • Share clear insights and actionable plans with leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of hands-on ecommerce experience
  • Strong experience in working with marketplaces
  • Proven ability to scale revenue
  • Solid understanding of ads, funnels, and e-commerce P&L
  • High ownership mindset + strong execution speed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led setup
