Ecommerce Executive

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive for our clothing brand in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in managing online marketplaces and website operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings (uploading, updating descriptions, pricing, images)
• Handle order processing and coordination with warehouse
• Manage returns and customer queries
• Monitor inventory and stock updates
• Assist with online promotions and ads

Requirements:

• 6 months 1 year experience in e-commerce (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Salary: 12K to 15K

Location: Mohali (WFO only)
