This full-time, on-site Ecommerce Executive role is based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing e-commerce accounts, analyzing sales performance, implementing promotional campaigns, and strategizing to increase online sales. The Ecommerce Executive will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes and support the overall growth of the e-commerce business.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Account Management to oversee and enhance e-commerce platform operations.
• Solid experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Team Management skills to coordinate and effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience within the pet retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
