About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive for our business on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, pricing, and promotions .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fulfilment across e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipments, and delivery partners for timely dispatch and delivery
- Handle listings, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
- Track daily operational KPIs (order SLA, delivery TAT, fulfillment accuracy)
- Resolve operational issues related to orders, shipping, or vendors
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports (orders, inventory, logistics)
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and marketplace policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3years of experience in e-commerce Executive
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and logistics processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
