Ecommerce Executive - Fresher

Looking for a Dynamic e-commerce executive for a Retail Brand from Bengaluru!

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns to maximise sales.

Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, optimised, and

aligned with brand guidelines.

Monitor daily sales, traffic, and customer behaviour; prepare performance reports.

Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer queries in coordination with operations and customer service teams.

Work closely with marketing to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO, and paid ads to

drive traffic and sales.

Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market share.

Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations.

Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales. Experience of 1 year is a plus.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools/platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
