Ecommerce Executive - D2C/FMCG

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Delhi on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will manage and optimize our e-commerce operations, handle promotions and campaigns to drive sales, analyze customer data to improve performance, and ensure seamless customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide excellent customer support, and identify growth opportunities in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) markets.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in E-Commerce operations and Sales strategies
• Excellent Analytical Skills for performance tracking and improvement
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance user experience
• Proficiency in utilizing e-commerce platforms and tools is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of D2C and FMCG markets is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to meet tight deadlines
