Job Description

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (depending on experience)

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, product listings, and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
  • Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
  • Analyze sales performance and generate reports
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure pricing, discounts, and offers are updated regularly
  • Track competitor activities and market trends

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with catalog management and bulk listing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics / marketplace analytics tools
  • Understanding of performance marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (optional)
