About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, product listings, and digital sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
- Analyze sales performance and generate reports
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
- Ensure pricing, discounts, and offers are updated regularly
- Track competitor activities and market trends
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with catalog management and bulk listing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / marketplace analytics tools
- Understanding of performance marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (optional)
