Ecommerce Coordinator

Urgent opening for the position of a UK based Pharmaceutical for the position E-Commerce Executive

Location: Adajan, Surat, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms.

• Create and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.

• Process and monitor online orders from order placement to delivery.

• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and customer-support teams.

• Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.

• Handle returns, cancellations, replacements and customer queries.

• Track sales, orders and product performance.

• Manage marketplace accounts and resolve listing/order-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic sales/order reports.

• Support online promotions, offers and product campaigns.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplaces.

• Good computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of product listing and inventory management.

• Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate — E-commerce, BBA, BCom or related qualification preferred.

Experience

0–2 years in e-commerce, marketplace operations, order management or a related field. Freshers are welcome.

Job Time:

01:00 PM to 10:30 PM (From April to October)

02:00 PM to 11:30 PM (November to March)
