Brief about the role:

Manage day to day e-commerce and quick commerce operations, including 3P warehouse, FBA/FBF models, using Unicommerce and SAP, to ensure fast, accurate, and SLA driven order fulfilment across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing for e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
• Handle operations across 3P warehouses, FBA, and FBF fulfilment models
• Work on Unicommerce (OMS/WMS) and SAP for order, inventory, and reconciliation
• Ensure strict SLA adherence (same day / next day delivery)
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
• Monitor inventory accuracy, catalogue hygiene, and stock availability
• Manage returns, RTOs, cancellations, and order exceptions
• Prepare MIS and operational performance reports

Education & Skillsets Required:

• 25 years of experience in e-commerce / quick commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce & quick commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce and SAP
• Experience in 3P warehouse, FBA, and FBF operations
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
