Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Catalog Assistant to manage product listings and catalog updates for our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ecommerce catalog management, product listing, and data handling.
Prior experience with Shopify will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms
- Upload product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications
- Maintain and update the product catalog regularly
- Organize and manage product data using Excel
- Ensure accuracy of product information and listings
- Coordinate with the internal team for product information and updates
- Optimize listings for better visibility and clarity
Requirements
- Basic experience in Ecommerce product listing or catalog management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of product data
- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with Shopify
- Familiarity with ecommerce workflows and product attributes
- Ability to work efficiently with large catalogs
