Ecommerce Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Analyst based in Noida. The Ecommerce Analyst will monitor and analyze online sales trends, evaluate marketplace performance, and identify opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities include managing product listings, optimizing pricing strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves enhancing customer service processes to improve user satisfaction and supporting sales operations to drive revenue growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, trend identification, and strategy formulation
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in Customer Service to enhance client satisfaction and resolve queries effectively
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and proficiency in managing online marketplaces
• Sales aptitude with the ability to contribute to revenue-focused initiatives
• Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and reporting
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred
