About the Role:

KujaCare is seeking a passionate E-Commerce Executive with complete end-to-end knowledge of online business operations. You'll handle everything from product listings to performance analytics, ensuring our Korean skincare range shines across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and catalog optimization across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and our D2C website.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and brand visibility strategies in coordination with the marketing team.

Monitor daily sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify growth opportunities.

Oversee order processing, logistics, and customer experience to ensure smooth operations.

Stay ahead of marketplace trends, competitor moves, and skincare category insights.

Requirements:

Prior experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management (beauty/skincare industry preferred).

Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
