Job Title: Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Manager

About Us:

At The Wellness Shop, we are a fast-growing brand offering premium skincare and personal care products. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Manager to manage and optimize our presence on leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms in India, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Big Basket, and Zepto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling e-commerce operations for skincare and personal care brands and must have experience in scaling the business and managing large-scale budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

  • Oversee and manage the brand's presence across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Big Basket, Zepto, etc.
  • Ensure products are listed, optimized, and performing well across these platforms.

Product Listing Optimization:

  • Create and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords, etc.) to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search rankings.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling content that aligns with brand standards for each platform.

Sales Strategy & Performance Monitoring:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the brand's market presence.
  • Monitor sales data and performance metrics for each platform, ensuring targets are met. Analyze and report on trends, customer behavior, and product performance.

Promotions and Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, including discounts, flash sales, and special offers on marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Inventory Management:

  • Ensure product availability by coordinating inventory management with the supply chain and warehouse teams.
  • Optimize stock levels and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.

Customer Service & Reviews:

  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain the brand's reputation.
  • Address customer queries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Quick-Commerce Platform Optimization:

  • Work on platforms like Blinkit, Big Basket, and Zepto to ensure fast fulfilment and timely delivery.
  • Analyze the specific dynamics of quick-commerce platforms and tailor strategies for rapid delivery and consumer satisfaction.

Marketplace Policies & Compliance:

  • Stay updated with each marketplace's policies, requirements, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the brand is compliant with all relevant regulations and platform terms.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs, sales growth, and traffic to ensure continuous improvement.

Scaling the Business:

  • Lead efforts to scale the business across marketplaces and platforms, identifying growth opportunities and expanding product reach.
  • Develop and manage large-scale budgets, optimizing spends across marketing, advertising, and promotions for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms for skincare and personal care brands.
  • Proven expertise in managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Big Basket, Zepto, and other major Indian e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in scaling e-commerce businesses and managing large-scale budgets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of product listing optimization, pricing strategies, sales analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and promotions in the e-commerce space.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, customer service, and marketplace compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
