Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on eCommerce Account Manager to own and optimize marketplace presence and growth for our portfolio brands across India and global markets. You will lead planning, execution across brands, merchandising, performance marketing (AMS and marketplaces, quick commerce ads), pricing, and sales acceleration while serving as the primary liaison with marketplace category teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Category Management
Own day-to-day management of multiple brand accounts across Amazon India, Amazon USA, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other global marketplaces as well.
Act as the single point of contact for assigned brandsaccountable for strategy, timelines, and performance outcomes.
Interface directly with Flipkart and Nykaa category/vendor teams for promotions, PO planning, merchandising slots, and issue resolution.
Run weekly/Monthly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR) with client teams; publish performance insights and action plans.
2. Quick Commerce Operations
Optimizing brands performance on marketplaces to improve discoverability and conversion.
Launching brands on quick commerce platforms.
Monitor ranks, share of voice, inventory cover, and onsite merchandising placements; run periodic audits & competitor benchmarking.
Optimizing their supply chain management
3. Global Marketplaces Ownership
Set up and manage brands on Amazon USA and Middle East marketplaces (Amazon.ae/.sa), Noon etc.
Handle global catalog readiness: compliance, HS codes, pricing, FBA/3PL planning, and crossborder shipping coordination with operations.
Build countrywise growth plans with target ASINs/SKUs, promotions, and seasonal calendars.
4. Performance Marketing (Marketplace Ads)
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Amazon Ads (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and Nykaa Ads; manage budgets and bid strategies.
Track and improve ACOS/ROAS, CTR, CPC, TACOS, CVR, and NewtoBrand; scale winners via structured testing and keyword expansion.
Set up Brand Stores, Sponsored Brand/Video/Display, and eventled promotion strategies; align with deal constructs and coupons.
5. Pricing, Promotions & PnL Levers
Benchmark competitor SKUs, pricing ladders, and promo mechanics; recommend dynamic pricing and bundled offers.
Plan and execute event calendars (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, Nykaa Pink Friday, etc.) with clear revenue and margin goals.
Partner with supply chain on demand planning, ASN/PO workflows, and FBA/warehouse allocations to prevent OOS and penalties.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Publish weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and corrective actions; maintain growth dashboards.
Analyze CAC, AOV, LTV, and contribution margins; surface actionable insights across assortment, pricing, and ad efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5-6 years in eCommerce account management with proven marketplace ownership.
Handson with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa Seller/Partner portals, BlinkIt, Instamart and Zepto as well.
Demonstrated experience working directly with Flipkart, Blinkit, and Nykaa category/vendor teams.
Proven track record managing Amazon USA or Middle East (Amazon.ae/.sa) accounts endtoend; Noon exposure is a plus.
Strong command of AMS and marketplace ad platforms with measurable ROAS/ACOS improvements.
Advanced Excel/Sheets; proficiency with pivoting, lookups, and dataled decisioning.
Clear, concise communication; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
High ownership, bias for action, and comfort managing multiple brands in a fastpaced environment.
Bonus Skills
Agency/consulting experience managing multiple consumer brands.
Exposure to tools like Helium10, Keepa, DataHawk, and marketplace analytics;
Working knowledge of landingpage CRO to connect upperfunnel demand with marketplace outcomes.
