Ecommerce Account Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit
• Handle product listings, catalog management, and content optimization
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order management across marketplaces
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, creatives, and marketing campaigns
• Resolve marketplace issues such as listing suppression, account health, and order-related queries
• Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends
• Requirements1–2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit seller accounts
• Strong understanding of cataloging, inventory management, and marketplace operations
• Basic knowledge of marketplace ads and promotional tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Preferred SkillsExperience in e-commerce analytics and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
• Understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing optimization
