Shop in Shop is a growing e-commerce and distribution business connecting India & Bangladesh, dealing in FMCG, food, health & wellness, beauty and lifestyle products.

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online orders and operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders from Amazon India, Shop in Shop India & Bangladesh and other platforms.
• Coordinate procurement, stock, packing and dispatch.
• Handle product price and availability enquiries from our Bangladesh sales team.
• Maintain daily purchase, sales and inventory records in ProfitBooks.
• Coordinate with our Amazon agency for product listings, pricing and stock updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, courier partners and internal teams.
• Prepare monthly data for our CA/accounts team.

Who We Are Looking For

Someone who is:

• Organised and responsible
• Good with computers, Excel and online platforms
• Good at communication and follow-up
• Comfortable working in an office + warehouse environment
• Able to work independently and solve day-to-day problems
• Interested in e-commerce and FMCG

Experience: 1–4 years in e-commerce, marketplace, FMCG, retail or operations preferred. Freshers with the right attitude can also apply.
