Job Overview
The eCOA Library Operations Data Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, quality, and expansion of IQVIA's eCOA Library. This role ensures that assessments, translations, screenshots, metadata, and supporting documentation are effectively managed and maintained to support reuse across studies, sponsors, and IQVIA platforms.
Working closely with Licensing, Translation Services, Product, Technology, COAA, and Client-facing teams, the individual plays a key role in driving operational excellence, content quality, library scalability, and process standardization while supporting IQVIA's strategic eCOA initiatives.

Essential Functions
eCOA Library Operations
- Perform day-to-day eCOA Library operational activities.
- Manage the onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assessments, translations, screenshots, and associated assets.
- Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure visibility on library activities and priorities.
- Monitor workload, deliverables, and key operational milestones.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, completeness, and readiness across Library assets.
- Oversee quality control activities related to assessments, translations, electronic screenshots, certificates, and supporting documentation.
- Support version management, recertification activities, traceability, and change control processes.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with established operational standards.
- Act as a primary operational point of contact across Licensing, Translation Services, COAA, Platform, Technology, Product, and Client Services teams.
- Coordinate activities required to support new library additions, updates, and maintenance initiatives.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution.
- Support governance activities and prioritization discussions related to Library operations.
- Support the continued expansion of the eCOA Library through the addition of new assessments and translations.
- Contribute to initiatives promoting content capitalization and reuse across IQVIA platforms.
- Support migration and integration initiatives involving COAA, Sculptor, and future library-related solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding library operations, content readiness, and reuse strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of Library operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational workflows and business processes.
- Track operational metrics and KPIs to support business decisions and resource planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives supporting the long-term growth of the eCOA Library.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, content management, project coordination, or related operational environments. DR: maybe rather preferred than required
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), eCOA solutions, translations management, or licensing processes.
- Experience managing content repositories, operational workflows, or large-scale content libraries.
- Experience supporting quality management and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with database, tracker, and reporting systems.
