Job Description

A Business Development Manager (BDM) for Emerging Corporates (EC) is responsible for acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) corporate clients, focusing on high-value Current Accounts, Trade Finance, and Forex services. This role requires 2–5 years of experience, a graduate degree, and involves field sales to meet revenue and client acquisition targets

Client Acquisition: Sourcing new-to-bank (NTB) corporate clients, specifically focusing on high-value Current Accounts (CA) and Trade products.

Target Achievement: Meeting defined scorecard targets for New-to-Bank (NTB) clients, Average Monthly Balance (AMB), and fee income

Field Operations: Engaging in field sales, conducting client visits, and managing end-to-end client requirements, often in coordination with Relationship Managers (RMs

· Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably banking/BFSI).

· Education: Any Graduate.

· Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, knowledge of Current Account (CA) products, and basic understanding of Trade products.
