Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (website & marketplaces)
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates

2. Website Management

  • Oversee website performance, usability, and content updates
  • Coordinate with developers for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and smooth checkout experience

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion

4. Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Work with marketing team on SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
  • Plan and execute promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor ROI on digital campaigns

5. Marketplace Management

  • Manage accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Optimize product visibility and rankings
  • Handle pricing, offers, and promotions

6. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of issues
  • Monitor customer feedback and improve user experience
  • Reduce return rates and improve satisfaction

7. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior
  • Prepare regular MIS reports for management
  • Use data to make informed business decisions

8. Team Coordination

  • Lead and guide e-commerce team (executives, content, support)
  • Coordinate with internal teams like IT, marketing, and warehouse
