Job Summary
OSI Digital is looking for a
Senior Software Engineer – Oracle EBS Technical with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions across Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS modules while ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Interfaces, and Conversions
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues
- Prepare technical design documents, coding standards, and implementation documentation
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions
- Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of Oracle EBS Technical development experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Workflows
- Experience working with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain (SCM), and HRMS modules
- Knowledge of XML Publisher, OAF, Web ADI, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
Good To Have
- Oracle EBS Technical Certification
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Fusion Applications
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience in enterprise Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects
