Ebs Technical Consultant

Experience Required

5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on financial and interface-related development.

Core Responsibilities

• Bank File Integrations: Design, develop, and support custom solutions for payment and bank file processing.
• Report Development: Build and maintain reports using Oracle tools like BI Publisher, XML Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
• PL/SQL Development: Create and manage complex PL/SQL-based interfaces (inbound and outbound), APIs, and data conversions.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide support for production issues and optimize existing EBS processes for performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to EBS upgrades, patches, and architecture planning as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, primarily in financial and banking modules (AP, AR, CE).
• Experience working with integration tools and formats (e.g., flat files, XML, UTL_FILE, concurrent programs).
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with best practices in software development, version control, and deployment procedures.
