Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional consultant for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules.
  • Work on implementation, upgrade, and application support projects.
  • Liaise with business and IT teams for requirement gathering, functional specifications, analysis, and solution design.
  • Handle end-to-end processes in O2C and P2P cycles.
  • Conduct data conversion, execute SIT, assist in UAT, and provide user training as required.
  • Support Oracle EBS R12 modules including Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
  • Provide client-facing support and ensure alignment with ITIL practices.
