EBS Oracle Process Manufacturing-OPM

JD:

3+ years of Functional experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) functionality of Oracle E-business Suite R12.2.x
Excellent domain knowledge and strong hands-on experience in OPM processes.
Experience in Implementations / Upgrades / Application Support
Will be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for requirement gathering, functional specifications analysis, solution design, data conversion, execute SIT, assist UAT testing, user trainings, as needed
Define and perform end-to-end configurations.
Excellent knowledge in OPM costing process.
Should have excellent experience in Batch Management, OPM Process Engineering.
Must have completed at least 3 full life cycle oracle Manufacturing as functional in R12 environment.
Work with technical resources on data conversions and Custom Forms and Reports.
Should have good knowledge in full production Cycle in OPM such as Recipe, Routing, Formula, Resources, Operation, Quality etc.
Experience in business requirement gathering, Gap analysis, solution Design and system testing.
Should have good understanding in OPM Configuration and processes such as Creating, releasing, Certifying batches, OPM system module prerequisites and plant/ warehouse and item relationship.
Expertise in WIP, BOM, Inventory, Quality, Costing planning.
Experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing Suite (OPM Product development, OPM Formulator, OPM Quality Manager, OPM Financials).
Should have handled period-end activities and reconciliation issues.
Basic knowledge on table names.
Good communication skills to interact and collaborate within the team and with client
Function independently with minimum direction
Work effectively in a team environment spanning regions across the globe
Open to travel for short & long-term within & outside India, as needed
Open to work in shifts
